3 Reasons You Might Never Make Money as a Blogger

I have been blogging for almost 2 years now and it took me almost a year to make a cent from my hard work. Things were really frustrating then but I made up my mind never to give up until I start to get results.

One thing I observed from me not making money as a blogger for a long period of time is that I made a lot of mistakes and I see as lot of bloggers doing the same nowadays, this blog post will be addressing some of the three top reasons why I was unable to make money online for the first 8 months of me blogging and I hope other bloggers who read it can learn a thing or two from it.

1. You’re Substituting Your Content for Money
One thing I came to learn about blogging is that the blogging world is very unique and different and that you need to give a lot of great info away for free before you start reaping the rewards. It will be a very dangerous mistake for you to neglect the importance of writing great content because the quality of your content should never be substituted for anything as a blogger.

8 Cool Tips To Increase Your Affiliate Income

Affiliate products is a big source of money to many bloggers. It really has a great potential to make you rich, anyways it’s not a get-rich-quick- scheme. It needs your hard work, your time, your patience and, your innovative ideas to sell a product. So I am here to help you with 8 ideas that would help you to see some cash by being an affiliate.

1. Build Traffic
The first thing you need to make more money by being in affiliate is build traffic! You need more people coming to your website daily. Until you get a good traffic (like 1000+ visitors/day, I know it’s a big number but you have to be patient until you reach this number) you must not start to promote affiliate products in your site.

3 Ways To Make Money From Your Blog

It only takes three things to get started writing a blog: a computer, an Internet connection and the ability to write. Although some might argue the ability to write is optional—there are a lot of bloggers who couldn’t even write a decent ransom note.
Starting a blog is easy; making money with your blog is a bit more difficult. And that’s what you really want to do, isn’t it? Not too long ago I saw a list of what was supposed to be the biggest money producing blogs in the business. This is a fairly fluid group, so the rankings often change. But, in this snap shot TechCrunch came out on top with an estimated $200,000 of monthly ad revenue. Not bad.

Second on the list was Mashable. Note that TechCrunch and Mashable are blogs with a long list of contributors. You have to get down to number three on the list, Timothy Sykes, to find a blog associated with one writer. And, while TechCrunch and Mashable make their dough primarily by selling banner ads, Timothy Skyes pulls in about $80,000 a month via affiliate marketing.
With those blogs as starting points, it brings us to our real subject: three ways to make money from your blog.
The first way should be quite obvious by now:
